Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Available on all orders. Rate calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders $99 and over within the contiguous United States.
Packaging
Every decant is carefully packaged to prevent leakage and breakage during transit. Vials and spray bottles are wrapped securely and placed in padded mailers or boxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@sigscentz.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
