Shipping Information
Thank you for shopping with SigScentz! We want your fragrance decants to arrive quickly and safely.
Processing Time
Standard and express orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from the transit estimates below.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate for orders under $99; free on orders of $99 or more. Estimated transit time is 5–7 business days after shipment.
Express Shipping: $20 flat rate on all orders. Estimated transit time is 2–3 business days after shipment. Express shipping does not shorten the 1–3 business day processing time.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders of $99 or more within the United States.
Packaging
Every decant is carefully packaged to prevent leakage and breakage during transit. Vials and spray bottles are wrapped securely and placed in padded mailers or boxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please use our contact form or email support@sigscentz.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and include your order number. We’ll help investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue. Assistance is available whether or not you purchased shipping insurance. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options may be added in the future.
